No recent feeder sales with enough head to establish a trend. A good offering of both new crop calves and summer pastured yearlings with prices stronger than most sellers had expected. On the yearling side, a load of 932 lb steers topped out at 329.00 or 3066.00 per head. That is only 49.00 per head under what the average 1400 lb Choice steers sold for earlier in the day.
